Join Cody McElligott of Scenic City Swing at Broad Street Ballroom for Tips, Tricks & Techniques, a weekly WCS class designed to give dancers useful tools they can take straight to the social dance floor.

Cody’s teaching methodology is informed by the Shared Center System—the science of how partners move and connect—and his classes emphasize learning to actually dance rather than simply memorizing steps. At Emilie Cole Studios, we believe excellent technique isn't about restricting creativity—it gives you the freedom to express yourself. This class is designed to build the technical understanding that allows dancers to move beyond simply executing steps and begin making the dance their own.

Each class is followed by a 45-minute social, giving you the chance to get out on the floor and put your dancing into practice.
