This beginner dance class series at Emilie Cole Studios in Chattanooga is designed to get you moving quickly and confidently. Each month features a new beginner-friendly partner dance, so you can jump in anytime—no experience needed.
In March, we’re focusing on Country Two Step—a fun, upbeat dance that’s perfect for beginners and a staple at country bars, weddings, and social dance events. You’ll learn the basic rhythm, smooth traveling patterns, and some fun spins and twirls to get you ready for your next night out at your favorite honky tonk.
Already have some experience? Emilie layers in clear technique and helpful details, so more experienced dancers can refine their turns, timing, and partner connection while beginners build a strong foundation.
Classes meet every Tuesday at 6:30 pm With over 12 years of teaching experience, Emilie creates a supportive, welcoming environment that makes learning to dance in Chattanooga feel easy and fun. Come solo or with a partner—both are always welcome.
